TRADE-IN SERVICE IS NOW AVAILABLE AT ALL OUR BRANCHES

You can now TRADE-IN your old Apple or Samsung device and upgrade to a new device by following 3 simple steps:

1) Visit any one of our branches and present your old device to our technician.
2) Our technician will check and evaluate the device based on the relevant criteria.
3) Get the best price for your old device and upgrade to a new smartphone device.

 

Terms and Conditions for TRADE-IN service.

  • The receipt/ bill of the device to be traded and customers Emirates ID has to be submitted for this service.
  • iCloud/Samsung ID, mobile data or any other valuable information should be deleted from the old device.
  • HiPhone Telecom will not be responsible for any damage/loss of customers belongings like Sim card/Memory card/mobile accessories or use /disclosure of any valuable data that includes any payments associated with the device or the SIM card which should be deleted prior to the trade-in service.
  • For device upgrade, any amount exceeding the trade-in cost of the old device, has to be paid by the customer.
  • Once the device has been traded, it will not be returned under any circumstances.
  • HiPhone Telecom reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
